Is all that I could say to you. Yes I'm displeased and goddamn pissed. Pardon me for the language used.
First there's the bomb sender. You want people to understand your reasons for asking for certain things by a certain time, saying it's urgent blah blah. But please refrain from sending bombs at some ungodly hour and request for the stuff to be in few days later stating that it is an amendment when you yourself did not request for it right from the start. Use your ass to think. You're busy, so are we. So quit using others to meet your deadlines.
Then there's the fellow bomb receiver, who perhaps didn't see it as a bomb, replying sms after almost a day. There're things to be done in a short time frame, your partners are taking the initiative to get started on it, and poof you go missing. When you finally do reply, not even a single explanation was given, and try to make things go your way. Grow some brains and realise that people have their own schedules, their own things to attend, their own things to do. Everyone is compromising in some way so please be at the very least be responsible if not considerate.
And stop telling me it's like that for juniors, cause it's your attitude and the way you do things that suck.
What's next?
The crasher who attempted to abuse authority, and then attempted to point the finger at others to prove oneself right. Speaks with lots of hidden daggers, knives and swords. If you think your presence isn't going to affect much, then you needn't appear at all. Less is more. Or if you secretly think your presence actually aids by soothing the atmosphere, then you ought to be informed that your presence isn't going to help much and will not be appreciated. Together with point made earlier, it all boils down to two words, i.e. get lost. TYVM.
Of course there're some others who cannot be bothered to reply emails and keep people wondering what they really are doing, and those who had the cheek to ask you what you're waiting for at the scheduled time for certain activity to start, but those are really considered minor already. Such are the wonders experienced every now and then.
